2. Information we collect
Depending on what you do: first and last name, email, phone number, postal code, country, billing information, audit questionnaire answers and information provided for your immigration project.
Card details are entered directly with the payment provider. The firm has no access to them.
3. Why we use it
To process your order, carry out your audit, send your documents and purchase-related information, answer your questions, manage appointments, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You receive our newsletter only if you consented, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Service providers
Your information may be processed by our providers: systeme.io (sales pages, orders and emails), the payment provider, Klarna when you choose it, Calendly (appointments) and GitHub Pages (website hosting). The site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Some of these providers may process information outside Québec. Privacy impact assessment and provider list to confirm.
5. Retention
Specify the retention period, including under the lawyer's record-keeping obligations.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your information, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@vpavocat.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Please avoid emailing sensitive documents unless invited to.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears on this page.
